Strictly No Refunds
Due to the highly personalized, time-consuming nature of manual astrological calculations, and the immediate delivery nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
1. Digital Products & Wallpapers
Products such as Digital Wallpapers or downloadable PDF templates are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the digital asset cannot be "returned," we cannot process refunds for these items once the transaction is complete and the download link has been generated.
2. Personalized Bazi Readings
When you purchase a "Bazi Quick Reading", "Wealth Timing Reading", or "Full Bazi Lifetime Reading", Master Qianyi manually calculates your chart and writes your personalized report based on the specific birth data you provide.
- The fee covers the time, expertise, and intellectual labor required to decode your chart.
- If you are dissatisfied with the "results" or "predictions" of your chart, this does not constitute grounds for a refund. Bazi is an analytical tool reflecting probability and energy patterns, not a guarantee of specific outcomes.
3. Client Error (Incorrect Data)
It is your sole responsibility to provide accurate birth details (Date, Time, Location) at the time of checkout.
If you provide incorrect birth data, the reading generated will be based on that incorrect data. We cannot offer a free redo or refund for mistakes made by the client during data entry. You will be required to purchase a new reading with the correct details.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Any fraudulent chargebacks filed through your credit card provider or PayPal will be met with immediate legal dispute. We log IP addresses, delivery receipts, and communication trails to prove that the digital, personalized service was delivered as described.
